Refund policy

At Rosa & Blue we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right, and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.
If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email support@rosaandblue.com for authorisation. Items or orders you would like to return should be received by us within 28 days of your order being dispatched. Once received we will endeavour to process returns within 10 working days.
All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging where applicable. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for any unwanted items. Rosa & Blue is unable to cover return shipping costs unless an item is faulty.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an order. Customers remain responsible for the parcel until it is received by us and should make any loss or damage claims directly with the courier used.
