Shipping Timeframes
Please note, shipping timeframes are provided as an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your parcel has been dispatched and passed to the courier, delivery timings are outside of Rosa & Blue’s control, although we will always do our best to assist should any issues arise.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 service can take up to 5 working days from dispatch to arrive. If your Royal Mail Tracked 48 order has not arrived 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us at support@rosaandblue.com so that we can investigate.

DPD Next Working Day: Orders shipped via DPD Next Working Day are expected to arrive on the next working day following dispatch, providing the order was placed before the cut off of 1pm. If your DPD order has not arrived by the end of the second working day after dispatch, please contact us at support@rosaandblue.com so that we can investigate.

Amendments & Cancellations
We are unable to guarantee amendments or cancellations to orders once placed. Whilst we will always endeavour to assist where possible, our customer service team may take up to 24 hours to review requests and orders may already have been processed by our warehouse for dispatch.
Duties & Customs
For orders delivered outside the UK, including the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by local authorities or couriers.


MENA SHIPPING: Due to increased international shipping costs, our delivery rates have been adjusted for the time being. We will continue to review these and lower them where possible.

If a customer fails to provide requested customs information or payment, and the order is returned to us or delivery cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In these circumstances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Returns
At Rosa & Blue we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right, and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email support@rosaandblue.com for authorisation. Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 28 days of your order being dispatched. Once received we will endeavour to process returns within 10 working days.

All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging where applicable. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for any unwanted items. Rosa & Blue is unable to cover return shipping costs unless an item is faulty.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an order. Customers remain responsible for the parcel until it is received by us and should make any loss or damage claims directly with the courier used.
